Jo had a problem. Her magnificent house, nestled in the coastal community of Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, was needing a solar power solution. However, her terracotta tiles were too brittle and too old to install solar panels.<\/p>\n

A new roof was ultimately required, but adding solar panels to a new roof on her architect designed home in the premium suburb of Sylvania was not too desirable.<\/p>\n

After going though a sizing estimate with the Tractile team, the right amount of Tractile patented roofing products was ordered and Tractile’s national roofing installer, Combined Roofing removed the terracotta roof tiles and replaced this with Tractile in just a few days.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Tractile patented hook & batten system meant that the roof was a breeze to install leaving Jo with the best looking roof in the street and the ability to generate enough power for her home to live energy neutral.<\/span><\/p>\n
