Innovative roof tile manufacturer Trac Group is teaming up with a property developer to help create a luxury Brisbane acreage estate that is inspired by sustainability.
Brentnall Luxury Homes is collaborating with Trac Group and other companies to create energy-efficient luxury homes at the Araluen the Estates project.
Trac Group’s products are being showcased to prospective buyers at Araluen the Estate.
The prestigious Araluen the Estates comprises eight 7ha properties just 18 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.
Brentnall Luxury Homes director Siobhan Pearson says Araluen offered buyers the unique potential to live either on or off the grid.
Ms Pearson says Brentnall Homes had been meticulous with their design of the project and had ensured all properties could be integrated with the latest advances in energy-efficient technology.
